Stayed here for a weekend, 1 king + sofa bed setup. Clean rooms, nice hotel. Complimentary breakfast. I believe there is an extra charge for parking at the hotel’s underground garage. 5-10 minute walk to the wharf and national museum. Not a ton of restaurants in the area but easy access to bus and metros to get where you need to go. The hotel is right next door to a fire station, so there may be some extra sirens here and there, but my group did not find it to be too intrusive. Overall, would recommend!

Positive: "" Negative: They charged 1000 dollars extra from the card we gave at check in and says it?s a system glitch and asked us to call after 2-3 business days to get it refunded, When we try to reach them they answer the call and put us on long hold.. Worst Experience

As mentioned by previous customer, got a room with noisy AC and was mentioned by staff is a common operations of the AC system to produce that kind of noise. For light sleeper looking for a comfy stay, this is something not acceptable, requested to room change and after several to and fro, managed to a get a room that has muted noise from the AC which is not distracting. Thus, it seems like some room do have this noise issue due to equipment maintenance from the POV of AC engineer myself. Free breakfast is provided and I would say that their breakfast spread is good with Starbuck coffee provided, do not miss their breakfast. Not very crowded. There is a washing and dryer available onsite and a gym which we did not use it due to short 2 night stay. Location wise, it is walking distance to m

Stayed here last Saturday on 2/21 for one night, paid almost $300 and the room had bugs. I seen one and my family members seen a couple more but I was not aware of this until the morning of check out. I let the front desk agent know and he said he would make the assistant manager aware and for me to email him and I have but have received no response. The hotel was too nice and pricey for there to have been bugs.

This was one of the best stays I've had at a Hyatt with a family with 2 young children under 10. We booked 5 nights in a 2-queen bed room. Excellent location -- a few blocks to the national mall and multiple metro lines. My kids scootered everywhere and we went to lots of museums. The room was large and clean. The free breakfast had a lot of variety and was a hit daily. My daughter has celiac, and Evelyn and the kitchen team were able to provide excellent gluten-free options every day (not just gluten free but free of all cross-contamination). She went out of her way, even going to the grocery store and buying food online, then preparing it in a dedicated area and storing it separately. This was incredibly helpful but my daughter was thrilled to get a tray full of delicious food every mo
