Onamica, one of the front desk off, was extremely helpful and courteous throughout my stay. She provided valuable information to help me navigate around DC and she seemed genuinely concerned with ensuring I had the best day at Hyatt while I was here. I will definitely be coming but see this hotel during my next business trip to DC because of her and the wonderful service and amenities available at this hotel.

I stayed with 2 friends for a long weekend and we had a great time, super clean room and very spacious for a good price. Location is close to a metro stop and nearby a lot of restaurants by dupont circle. ||When I got in early in the morning from a long flight, Onamica was super sweet and helpful getting me situated with my bags and into a good room earlier than expected for me and my friends.

Zero issues with the room or water as others have written. Staff was super helpful and friendly (there was an issue with the way the reservation was booked and Tafar (I think) at the front desk was on it and went above and beyond to get me in quickly. Great place to stay.

Great hotel in a convenient location. Nice amenities. Outstanding customer service, especially Onamica at check in!!! She was so welcoming and professional. |Bonus points for the heated pool — it was just what we needed after a day of exploring the city in the middle of January.
