Hyatt Place Tempe/Phoenix Airport

Excellent staff all the way around. Karen at the front desk was absolutely great. David was very helpful with us trying to use the printer in the computer room. We had a few drinks at the bar which were a bit pricey but it is a convenience at the hotel. We also ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich with fries which was very good & came out of the kitchen quickly. The room was clean spacious (only exception was the bathroom area). Breakfast was fantastic. A nice variety at the buffet area. Eggs, sausage, potatos,ceteals oatmeal with optional toppings & breads.

This hotel was beyond nice and the staff exceptionally friendly. Restaurant menu is available, which is helpful since there is nothing nearby at all. Breakfast was great. Shuttle to airport left right on time, and took about 10 minutes. Rooms are large and our family liked that we could spread out. And, proximity to airport and incredible price are its main features. (We accidentally arrived at the wrong Hyatt Place, closer to ASU, so make sure you put right address into GPS).

Very nice hotel.Very friendly and helpful staff.Breakfast is very acceptable (and free).Curtesy bus to and from airport and takes 10 mins.Get room facing the mountains.Rooms are very well designed .Huge Tv with easy Chrimd Cadt connection.There is a fridge and coffee machine.Pool outside, gym and free parking.

It wins on location but being so close to the airport and situated directly beneath landing jer liners, it does get noisy. And unlike other hotels in Phoenix they dont even offer complementary water bottles. If you value distance to airport and offices then this is good. They soso provide shuttles.

We had an overnight layover and this was the PERFECT place to stay. Quick, easy and free shuttle to and from the airport. We were the only ones on the shuttle. They had a place to eat a light dinner and a great free breakfast with lots of choices. Quiet and comfortable. The only downside is this hotel doesn't have a hot tub. That would have been so great after a day of traveling.
