Hyatt Place Santa Fe

The place is good, I love the rooms but personally while I was there. Some people decided to have a party blasting off music where I'm pretty sure everybody trying to sleep (including me) could not and it ruined my night soo bad. I think everything else was great but those people who had 0 sense of awareness ruined the mood. I'm sorry, the place besides that unfortunate event is great. Would recommend but not for parties especially if you decided to go on through the night because some people are tying to sleep!

I've been to this property 4 times over the last few years. I've always liked this property, but our visit in Dec 25 was better than ever. Same friendly staff, but upgraded bathrooms and new mattresses made for an even better experience than previous visits. And excellent morning breakfasts. I'll be back!

The staff was all so helpful and friendly throughout our trip. They were accommodating and had great suggestions on dining like The Ranch House and Tomasitas. Parking is $4 which I hadn't seen on a private parking lot but still obviously affordable. Low incidentals fee at only $15. Bathrooms were small but the avaliable products were good quality. Breakfast was good but very limited options. Gorgeous view of the mountains from our room!

Positive: The staff and the room were excellent. The room was really quiet. Negative: The housekeeping. No attention to detail. The lobby rugs were never cleaned.

This hotel didn't meet expectations. Not worth the high price.||While the room size was larger than average, housekeeping was not every day (sometimes had to be asked for or just plainly unavailable due to holiday), bedding, A/C and shower water temperature were inadequate, there was no bath tub and you have to fight to get a microwave in the room which is provided in most of the other hotels. Coffee was good, breakfast was just ok, not as many selections as could be expected and cleanliness was not always maintained. There was no reception/drinks in the evening and no food/drinks offered. And they also dared to charge for parking every day on the outskirts of Santa Fe??||Significant improvement are needed here.
