Hyatt Place Raleigh / Cary

We absolutely love this hotel and the staff here. They're always so friendly and helpful and the beds and pillows are so comfortable. We love that they have a bar on the hotel premises and food. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and so much better than what most hotels offer. Brandon who is a manager, is the best and goes above and beyond with customer service. We come there every year and never have had a bad experience. It has always felt like family there.

I was very impressed with the staff at this place! I was in town for business and I arrive super early with nowhere to go probably five hours before my actual check in time. Manager was so kind to let me into a room early. Which was perfect because I had to study for a test that I needed to take. Ended up watching a little bit of the Monday night, football game at their bar quiet with good selection. Breakfast in the morning was free and slightly elevated from what I expected in a free breakfast there was waffles eggs cereal, bagel, etc. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place if you need to stay in Raleigh

Regardless that the staff never said hello when we enter the lobby, it was a great stay. The room was bigger than expected and they were clean. We were able to connect my phone to the TV. Which was GREAT! The location is great. Near a gas station for any late snacks and near the arena. Will I pick this hotel again? YES!

This is a great hotel for our family. The rooms were very clean and spacious, breakfast was good and the hours for breakfast were reasonable. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is a laundry facility on site which made it very convenient for us as well. The pool and fitness center are also adequate and the hotel is located near lots of shops, restaurants, and campus. We ended up going downtown to Raleigh and explored the food options there which were also very nice.
