Hyatt Place Oklahoma City / Bricktown

We would like to thank Akeelah for being so courteous and helpful during our stay! She answered several questions prior to our arrival, and she made sure our family was well taken care of. The pool was an absolute hit for the kids! It was a little chilly for adults, but who cares. lol. Breakfast was decent. Nothing beyond your standard hotel breakfast. Some Greek yogurt or higher protein options would’ve been nice, but the bread options and warm food options were plentiful (sausages, egg, potatoes, quiche). The valet staff was friendly and helpful, even though we chose to self park. They always smiled at the kids and were cheerful when we interacted. This is my first time stayed at Hyatt Place Oklahoma City/ Bricktown, everything is over expected except the parking fee but totally understand the hotel is located at Downtown, just the charge is a little high. Other than that, I completely satisfy this hotel, friendly staff, clean room and have a nice bar and breakfast. Highly recommended and thank you!!!

Positive: Proximity to my event. Shower pressure was excellent! Negative: Check in staff was not friendly or accommodating, I booked 1 king and was told I?m getting 2 queens when I said I booked a king bed the front desk clerk told me ?well that?s what you?re getting?. hotel also has valet which I feel was unnecessary.

Honest Review of Hyatt Place Oklahoma City / Bricktown I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in Bricktown, and while there were a few positives, overall it didn’t meet my expectations for the price. First, the rooms themselves looked nice and modern. The layout was decent, and the space felt clean and comfortable. The location is also a plus if you want to be near restaurants and attractions in Bricktown. However, there were several things that disappointed me. The microwaves are not inside the rooms. They’re located outside in common areas, by the elevators in the hallway. That was inconvenient and not something I expect at this price point. Nachel (spelling?? Sorry) at the front desk and Ivor in valet both made our experience so enjoyable. Nachel was so friendly and had great suggestions for things around the hotel! Having the app for valet was so convenient and they always had our car pulled up and waiting when we needed it! Over all amazing experience! Great location for walking everywhere. Pool was warm and clear. Everything was clean.
