Hyatt Place Nashville Downtown

Positive: Distance to broadway was pretty good. The breakfast was much better than I expected. Negative: The bar food wasn't great. I was at the bar in the early afternoon and someone was vacuuming while I was sitting there and then he was vacuuming at my feet. That was definitely not ok.

Loved everything about this hotel! Very welcoming from the moment we arrived. Scott was very welcoming and the front desk staff checked us in early so we could start our adventure. Ended the night each night at the bar playing cards together. Also had great music and wonderful bartender, Levi. Hotel was within walking distance of a lot of places otherwise we took the hop on hop off trolley to see a lot of the town. Felt safe walking from Broadway to hotel after show at Ryman. Would recommend others to stay here as well.

We stayed at this location for 2 nights. It is approximately 3 blocks to 3rd and Broadway. Great location and easy walk to many attractions. We had to park in the overflow parking in the basement which actually was not bad as you could walk right out to the street. Our room was nice, clean but the sink barely drained. The shower had good pressure with body wash, shampoo and conditioner in dispensers on the shower wall. Breakfast is an optional package that can be purchased. It was a good selection of quiche or eggs, sausage, bacon, cereals, fruit, potatoes, juices, etc, and coffee. We did see two “bugs” in our room which were definitely unwelcomed. Overall, for the price it was a good stay.

The staff at this hotel have been so incredibly kind and helpful! Really going the extra mile! Probably the best hotel staff I have ever encountered at the front desk. I don’t write reviews typically, but this was definitely an exception worth mentioning.

This hotel is in a great location downtown, however the rooms are really packed into the hotel!! Service was not that good, the front desk on the night we were there pretty much ignored us. In the bar, no one came to get us..I had to go to the front of the bar to try and get my own menu and just not up to the service I like to see. Thankfully, we were only there for two nights!
