Hyatt Place Memphis/Primacy Parkway

The Sunday I checked out, the 7 am breakfast wasn't ready when I left at 7:15. Coffee in the canisters may have been from the day before since wasn't even luke warm. No one at front counter from 6:45 to 7:10 after went looking for someone. That breakfast & coffee wasn't ready seemed to be not their job. and not a problem. That said, whoever takes care of the rooms does a very good job! So an ok place to stay from that aspect.

While it’s not the worst place to stay, I would never return with my wife or kid. The hotel is outdated and needs a total remodel. Free breakfast is nice but it’s nothing special. Pot of eggs and bacon bits were the warm option. Lobby is tiny and the front desk area seemed like an afterthought in design. Rooms are old and need new everything. Beds were tiny but they were comfortable and linens seemed clean. Didn’t feel unsafe but also didn’t make us feel safe either. We were a part of a group rate so the price was good but the everyday normal prices certainly make it a NO for future returns

Nice hotel environment l. The space of room is the note big. The breakfast need to be improved, no many selections.

Very dirty hotel. Shabby rooms and public space. Needs a good scrubbing and cleaning. Blackout curtains in room hanging off the rod. No regular coffee in room. When I went to speak to front desk person, she was out front smoking. Next day when I went to speak to front desk person, encountered a sign "Be right back." Waited over 20 minutes; never appeared. Much better options in the area.

Hotel overall was nice and well managed. Excellent customer service as well. However, the room wasn't properly cleaned between tenants. There were 2 very long strands of hair in the shower. It was messed up!
