Hyatt Place Los Angeles/LAX/El Segundo

Rooms were great. Nice and clean. Up to date with new feel. But hotel restaurant was lacking in ambiance. Ended up walking to Marriott next door to enjoy a nice roof top terrance dinner. Hyatt offered a decent free breakfast. Parking per day was 37$.

This was our first stay at this location, and we enjoyed so much that it will now be our go-to brand for future travel. ||||We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel is. The staff were friendly, patient, and explained the hotel layout and amenities during check in.||||The room was clean and very quiet, and we especially like the comfortable living room area, which allowed us to relax with family and recheck our luggage before departure. Breakfast was excellent, with great variety, quick refills, and quality dining ware.||||We also used the airport shuttle—Mr. Karpov was very helpful with our luggage, the ride was smooth, and the conversation was enjoyable. We left at 6pm and the ride to airport and back only took 30mins.however this depends on time. So don't expect it!

The hotel is not taking responsibility.We had a 9am flight from LAX, and booked the airport shuttle for 630am for five of us (we booked two rooms), and only 2 of us can get on, the remaining 3 needed was left behind.We went back to the hotel and ask for help. The front desk person said that the shuttle services was shared by the next door hotel AC Hotel by Marriott. I asked her why we didnt get on even booking, and he confirmed only five of us were booked and we should be on the shuttle. Then she lukewarmly called the other hotel and they said that the other hotel is trying to find someone to approve the uber expense.We eneded up have to get an uber for us for $20USD, around 655am. We barely made our flight.Here is the issue1. the 630 driver said it happened all the time.2. the AC hot

We had an amazing time at the Hyatt Hotel. Breakfast at Beckett's was magnificent, the fitness center pretty complete and with a great view. I had the chance to see their Main Event room, and has an amazing view of the airport and city. Excellent place if you want to throw a party or a conference venue. The room was clean and spacious. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Thank you Hyatt or an awesome stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place while in Los Angeles. We were in town for the Rams vs Lions game with my college aged son. Going to a big, touristy city, I did not expect much of the hotel . The king suite felt spacious, was clean, and had been renovated at some point. My son said the pullout bed in the couch was fine. The breakfast each day had a good selection. They kept the lobby area clean and had a good selection of beverages in the refrigerators. The staff were very accommodating. Its close to a variety of restaurants. we appreciated the shuttle from the airport. Did not have difficulty getting picked up by Ubers or tour companies.
