Hilton Garden Inn LAX/El Segundo

What a nice time & pleasant surprise! 2 night stay before our NCL cruise. Really nice room, a wonderful staff - and - here's the surprise - the food was exceptional. We had breakfast & dinner - very tasty and unique - not what you would think from a HGI! The team is super nice, they are excited about their property and leadership - so refreshing. We came to LA for 4 nights. The room was clean when we arrived and the bed was comfortable. When we checked in, I specifically asked about the parking and the lady helping me was nice and said that she would add it to our room. She told me that it was $55/ night. When we tried to leave to get dinner, our room key didn’t work the gate. Then the person said that we only paid for 1 night. That was only 1 hour after we checked in. So we got that sorted out. On the bathroom mirror there is a sticker that says that they only clean the room every other day during your stay. I don’t have a problem with that, but no one told us that we had to call and ask for service. We saw the cleaning crew on our floor that 2nd morning, so we left thinking they would be cleaning our room. When we got back that n

I was at a three-day conference there in December. The hotel is extremely accommodating, staff very friendly, making our experience truly special. We loved the rooms, the surroundings, the pool area. But the most amazing experience, for which I am eternally grateful, was that I had left my handbag by the pool and went to San Diego, where I noticed that I had left it. Inside was cash, an expensive perfume and some documents. They secured it and couriered it to me the following day. This was such relief. Thank you!

My experience at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff made sure all my needs were met. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet—perfect for a restful stay.The hotel’s location made it easy to explore the area, and all the facilities were in great condition. It was a smooth and enjoyable stay overall. I’d gladly come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. It is always super comfortable during my stay. It has a great restaurant with nice staff. The location is right next to the Mariposa Metro Stop and two stops away from the LAX Airport Metro Station which will eventually be directly connected to the airport via a people mover. This location is 10 minutes via metro from the LAX Metro Station and once the APM at LAX is in service it will be roughly 20 minutes total with no cars or hassle to get to from the airport. The food on my last stay was a refreshed menu and very good. I would say that there are no complaints. The location is near a number of places including Flight Path Museum & Learning Center and Topgolf El Segundo
