Extended Stay America Suites- Los Angeles - LAX Airport - El Segundo

My wife and I have been staying at ESA for the past couple of weeks and our stay has been really good. Comfortable and spacious room and convenient location. What makes us want to stay longer is the staff at the front desk! Especially we will like to acknowledge LUZ, one of the supervisors, MARTHA, MARCELLA and INDIA for being so professional, kind, very accommodating, helpful and genuine! They all are amazing! We highly recommend the ESA in El Segundo!

Clean room, comfy bed, kitchenette and good size bathroom. Nice staff. Pet friendly. All tv channels work, nice size tv. No kitchenware as advertised on tv hotel channel, no coffeemaker, or toiletries, so must have your own. The electrical sockets in this room need replacing, most of them are loose so everything you plug in falls out. No house keeping service so be prepared to take used towels to office to exchange for clean ones. Places to eat and supermarket mins away by foot so perfect location. No elevator.

The hotel provides a very pleasant and comfortable stay overall. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff are attentive and courteous, and the facilities are well maintained. Rooms are spacious, quiet, and thoughtfully equipped to ensure a relaxing experience. The overall ambience is charming, making it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travellers seeking quality, comfort, and good service in a well-located and well-managed property.

I stayed at the Extended Stay Hotel in El Segundo for a duration of 9 months. I continued to extend my stay due to the exceptional staff, particularly the General Manager Luz, who exemplifies patience, shows respect to guests, and is always willing to address issues when they arise. Overall, she is an outstanding general manager who embodies the essence of extended stay hospitality. Sierra, another associate, is also commendable; she takes the time to listen to guests and is eager to assist in any way possible. Not only does she fulfill her job responsibilities, but she also empathizes with guests and strives to find solutions within her capabilities, often going above and beyond to ensure that any concerns are addressed. From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed here. Every single staff member I’ve interacted with has been genuinely kind and attentive — you can tell they care about their guests. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to settle in whether you’re here for a night or a month.||I love the little kitchen — I actually enjoy cooking here! It’s spotless and has everything I need.
