Hyatt Place Long Island/East End

Our stay at Hyatt Place was absolutely fantastic! We booked a partial-view room on the top floor and stayed comfortably with three kids—there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. The room layout is incredibly smart, with a separate living area and a very comfortable sofa bed, which made a big difference for our family. Breakfast offered a great variety, even for my picky eaters, which was a huge win. The housekeeping staff was beyond kind and helpful, always friendly and attentive to our family’s needs. Being located right next to the aquarium was such a bonus, and the Land & Sea package was the perfect choice and made the most sense for our trip. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, it was smooth sailing. The gentleman in the front was very kind & warm. When we got to our room, it was bigger than expected with a view of the water! Bathroom was very clean, & so was the rest of the room. So many restaurants near by, a book store & the aquarium!! Checkout was a breeze! Loved everything about our stay & plan on making this a monthly little break for us. 10/10 would recommend to everyone! Thank you so, so much for a wonderful experience!

We stayed overnight so we could go to the aquarium the next day. The hotel was beautiful and clean, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our room was cozy with a couch and little living area. I'm sad that the outdoor cafe was already closed for the season, but it looks like it is a lot of fun in the summer. Our 19 month old loved having the indoor pool to himself, though. The recommendation for Myles on Main for dinner was perfect, as it was close and delicious. It was super convenient to be able to have breakfast at the hotel and literally walk next door to be first on line for the aquarium.

Nice hotel. Quite expensive in summer. Had to park at the extra parking space across the street from the hotel.

During a huge snowstorm of 24+ inches of snow, the staff was amazing. Joe and Chelsea were so accommodating and extremely friendly. They did everything they could to meet the needs of us and other guests. Thank you so much for the services provided and for weathering the storm to come into the hotel when the roads were treacherous.
