Hyatt Place Flushing/LaGuardia Airport

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were greeted right away, and our room was ready as soon as we arrived, which was greatly appreciated. The room was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and everything fresh and well stocked.||I highly recommend the Hyatt Place. I’ve personally stayed at this hotel three days a week for over three years for business, and the experience has been consistently outstanding. It truly feels like a home away from home.

Great hotel. The staff were so welcoming, especially the new member who checked me in, sorry I forgot her name. Great location for trains to Manhattan. Not too far from JFK and close to LAG - includes a free shuttle there which was quick. Comes every hour at half past the hour. Breakfast was great, several vegan options beyond fruit & bread - including miso soup, hash browns, potatoes, cereal and oat milk. I would recommend hotel add a small jug of oat milk near the hot drink area, I have a disability so anyone else like me with limited mobility would find it annoying going back & forth. The room next door to me were loud and I could hear a lot of talking, I think because of the connecting door. I stayed two nights and thankfully they were only there for my first night. Clean and convenient with helpful staff. The room looked new. I stayed there on a Friday night and slept well. I was on the sixth floor and heard no noise from the street or other rooms. Our breakfast was included and the buffet had a range of options.|I did not check out the food selection at the Placery. There are many restaurants outside the hotel. There is a Japanese restaurant attached to the hotel that was very good and offers 10% off to Hyatt guests. The valet service under the hotel was convenient.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this parking garage. I paid online in advance and arrived three hours early to catch a shuttle to the airport, expecting a smooth and organized process. Instead, the garage was completely full and cars were backed up with no direction or communication from staff. What made the situation even worse was the lack of professionalism and customer service. An attendant walked past multiple cars, including mine, that had already been waiting, and chose to assist a gentleman who had just arrived. He completely ignored the rest of us. Meanwhile, there were three other employees sitting in the office doing nothing while customers were left waiting with no assistance.
