Four Points by Sheraton Flushing

I never write reviews, but I have stayed here multiple times and I do want to share some pros and cons. The rooms are spacious and nice, the cleaning is a little below bare minimum with visible dust on side tables and hair in the bathroom sinks and showers, only sometimes, not all stays. I understand people can miss things and that’s okay, we just clean it ourselves and never make a fuss. Now the main issue I really wanted to address, the front desk. There is a gentlemen who is normally at the front every stay we’ve had. He clearly does not want to be there. There is always an attitude from the moment we check in, ask for things and check out. I use to work retail I do understand how draining a lot of clients can be, but as a couple, we pride ourselves on being extra nice to workers due to

After 14 hours of our trip from middle east we have slept well in their comfy bed. My family and I have enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very cozy and very convenient. Aside from close to the train station there is also a place called chinatown who offers great food with a lot of variation with an affordable prices. Though the hotel has incomplete stuffs such as no bathrobe, slippers and service is 6/10 still there is a room for improvement. Overall i can recommend this hotel and we will definitely be coming back in our future plans. Thank you so much and keep it up!

From the moment I set foot through the door I was welcomed by a beautiful young lady named Adrianna at the front desk. Unfortunately I arrived very early and my room wasn’t ready, Adrianna offered to store our luggage until the room was ready. I’ve stayed at this property in the past and I must say I was very impressed with the service received this time. The room itself was pleasantly clean and bright. I loved the pillows so much I ordered me a few. The overall cleanliness of the property was very impressive.Even the restrooms on the main floor was clean and that’s very impressive (for me). My husband and I have stayed at The Essex House, The Ritz Carlton and The Marriott Marquis in Manhattan and we will be making this property our first choice the next time we visit NYC.

Positive: Checking in was easy..dayquan made everything easier and made my family and I feel welcomed. Hotel employee from house keeping was also a great staff member. I had an issue with my room for 2 days and he made sure and handled it! Them 2 is why i would go back! Negative: My room was not cleaned. I got there on Thursday.friday my room wasnt cleaned at all and Saturday i basically had to call them again! David handled the situation. It was frustrating, i had to call for towels and to ask why my room wasnt cleaned for 2 days

Hi! I stayed at your hotel a few weeks ago Flushing NY, and had a great experience — the place was beautiful and the customer service was excellent. I wanted to ask if you could share the name or brand of the scent used in the lobby and elevators. It smelled amazing and really stood out. I know Marriott has its own scents that they sell, so I was wondering if it’s one of those. Thank you!
