Positive: The location on the Boardwalk is fantastic, offering stunning ocean views and easy access to the beach. The rooms were nice, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Negative: Lack of proper room service was extremely disappointing. Despite requesting service, we were repeatedly given conflicting explanations.

Following an extended stay here, I have nothing but the highest praise for this hotel and their staff. Reyna, Kate, Angel, Enrique, and Mr Robert all made the stay feel like a home away from home. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness (such as remembering when I had a big event at work and asking how it went afterwards or their frequent recommendations for who had the best crab cakes around town) made being away from family for the holidays sting a bit less. They made sure I knew when high-profile events were happening on the beach outside of the hotel, so that I could plan to either attend or be prepared for busier time periods. The staff was wonderful. I loved that you had puppy treat in the lobby of the hotel. My pup, Brodie enjoyed them. We were always greeted with a friendly hello when entering the hotel and a "Have a good day" when leaving for a few hours.

This location is ideal for those who are visiting the Virginia Beach Sports Center. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable and very clean. The staff are professional, prompt and friendly. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of items including turkey sausage. We really appreciated the laundry services available onsite which were economical and a time saver for our athlete. We will definitely visit again! Kudos to the staff as they were excellent from check in to departure!

We had an amazing stay here! The room was perfect and offered a stunning view of the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. The only downside was that I wished the breakfast buffet had better food; however, this wasn't a deal breaker since there are plenty of other breakfast options nearby.
