Hyatt House Raleigh Downtown / Seaboard Station

This hotel is ultra. Modern has some of the best features. It's clean, the rooms are clean. The service is nice. The parking is a little weird, but they have a gentleman out front. The valet man who is absolutely fantastic Give him a few bucks He'll take care of you like you wouldn't believe. Don't panic when you pull up and see where you have to unload and where you have to park. It seems daunting, but once you realize it's very easy. A short walk to the parking garage, which is very big and roomy. The staff I can't say enough about this place. I give it a 10 stars. It's the best hotel I've ever stayed, and I don't travel that much in my later years, but it's just the way the roofs are, they're clean. Put the large, some of them have kitchens and kitchenette.S it's just a great place

My husband and I stayed here for the first time recently and we are disappointed. Parking with the valet is $35! The HVAC system in our room hummed so loudly it sounded like it could blow at any moment. And my husband left a brand new pair of jeans and socks on top of the safe in the closet. Our fault! We were one hour away when we realized this and called the property. I was told that housekeeping had already left for the day and t call back the next morning to speak with Janette. We offered to come back right then to retrieve the items before returning to Wilmington, NC. They told us no. That the room had been cleaned and is now being occupied. The next morning I called as instructed and reached someone at the front desk. He wouldn't transfer me to Janette and instead said he would speak

This hotel went well beyond what was expected. I booked with points, and honestly at 12,000/night, that's already a great value. The room was exceptionally clean, large, and had everything we needed. The front desk was amazing, valet service was incredibly friendly and responsive, and the location was perfect. The breakfast buffet was standard hotel buffet, but it got the job done. Really impressed by this hotel overall, and will definitely book here again next time we're in town.

My husband and I did a one night “staycation” here and we were very impressed! The lobbies, rooms, breakfast area, etc. were nicely decorated and very spacious. We loved the room layout and it was very clean (nice thick white towels!). The room was much quieter than we were expecting (being close to a busy street and businesses) and had great blackout shades. The breakfast was included and we enjoyed it SO much more than another chain’s we’ve recently had. Lots to choose from — we tried pancakes, scrambled eggs, hash browns, Canadian bacon and croissants. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. One of the highlights was the gorgeous sunset view of downtown from the High Rail rooftop lounge where we enjoyed a cocktail before going to dinner. Lots of fun places to grab
