Hyatt House Nashville Downtown / Convention Center

This past weekend, Nashville experienced a snow and ice storm that shut down the city almost. My husband and I were already in town for another event and already planning on staying at the Hyatt prior to the storm. When we arrived we were told our room had been upgraded, free of extra charge, to a kitchenette suite because of the storm. WOW! We were so Impressed and it was amazing being able to cook my own food when all the restaurants in the area were closed. They had this place fully staffed and they had their own restaurant open for extended hours. The receptionist was also calling as many local places as she could to see what was open for when her guests asked. Awesome! I’m very impressed with Hyatt, I felt very well cared for. The room was clean and this place is very nice. So close

Positive: Helpful, friendly staff. Good size rooms with solid showers. Nice pool and gym. In general breakfast was quite good. When there was live music in the lounge area it was really enjoyable. Negative: The infrequency of housekeeping. The bar has very few food/snack options in the evening. In-room coffee poor quality.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House near the Convention Center in Nashville. The location was perfect and made getting around downtown easy, with so much within walking distance.||The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything felt simple and smooth from check-in to check-out, which is always appreciated.||One of our favorite parts was the live music at night and the bar. It was a fun, relaxed way to wind down at the end of the day without having to go anywhere else. However, like I said above I think my favorite part was the distance from everything. You could easily walk without calling an uber for a lot of things. ||Overall, it was a great stay and a place we would absolutely stay at again. Easy five stars.

My family and I had a great stay at The Hyatt House Nashville Downtown early this November. Check in and check out was a breeze. The hotel is a reasonable walking distance from local attractions. The lobby had ample seating with great ambiance. The lobby bar was beautiful and breakfast was good. The pool and gym were clean and up to date. The hotel in general was very clean and well maintained. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our flights were actually canceled on us for our return home and we needed to rebook rooms for one night. We did so online. I received a call an hour later from the hotel stating that they found our passports, which we forgot in the room safe (YIKES!), and they would have them for us at the front desk when we checked in again. If I could give this hotel more than 5* I would. I have just come back home from Nashville, i stayed a week at the Hyatt house, the staff were amazing they were very friendly and also on hand whenever me and my husband needed anything. We went to Nashville to get married… when we first checked in we got immediately upgraded. I’d also like to give a big shout out to the manager Shakira, she was an angel, and went above and beyond for us, she honestly felt like a friend towards the end of our trip! We will miss her. Thank you shakira for making our trip memorable and for going above and beyond. Amazing lady. It’s a 10 minute short work to broadway.
