Hyatt Centric French Quarter New Orleans

I arrived very early, around 8:30 in the morning, when normal check-in is 4 o’clock. Was offered early check-in for an additional $50, which I found very reasonable. Took about two hours from my room to be ready so I was inside at 10:30. Front desk staff was very friendly so was the Bell man Eric. I stored my luggage for those two hours, and then when check-in was ready, I was a bit surprised that I was pointed to the elevator with my luggage and not offered to be taken in person with my luggage. I think that’s the first time that happened to me in a hotel. I should’ve asked for a room closer to the elevator. It was a very long walk to get to my room and I wasn’t even at the end of the hall. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. Everything was within easy walking distance yet was in a very quiet area. As a flight attendant I spend a significant amount of time away from home and in hotels. This hotel was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. Our room and bathroom were immaculate. Every staff member we can in contact with were friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning.

We stayed 4 nights in January and had a great experience. We had a king room with no outside view and a double room that had a view of the pool. Both rooms were very nice and spacious especially the double room! Check in was smooth and when it came to needing to swap one of our rooms Hutstun at the front desk was great and got us switched. He also assisted us throughout our whole stay with other things. He was very friendly and helpful as was everyone else we interacted with at the front desk. Rooms had everything we needed and if it didn’t the front desk had it sent up for us. Really great location in terms of being close to so much and neither room had a problem with noise. I had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Centric French Quarter in New Orleans over New Year's! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the French Quarter, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. My king suite garden view room was fantastic, with spacious rooms and a comfortable bed. The cleanliness of the room was spot on, and I loved the high ceilings and beautiful styling. Plus, the breakfast at the hotel was delicious! I also appreciated the helpful staff who was friendly and professional. Overall, I'd definitely recommend the Hyatt Centric French Quarter for a fun and convenient stay in New Orleans.
