Hu. Hotel

Staff was fantastic. Especially Deadrick. This man made me feel like I had paid double what I had paid. All of the women that ran the front desk, and the people running the breakfast were great as well. Friendly and professional. Location was great, about a 10-15 minute walk to Beale St. Close to a lot of restaurants. It's an older hotel, so some of the carpets are a bit ratty, but the room was nice. Breakfast was $10 per person a day for all you can eat, and it was a nice, tasty meal. The room could have been a bit bigger since the bathroom was so big, but I understand you can only work with what you have with an older building. Since the bathroom was so big, I could have used a table or storage unit of some kind. Great experience overall, I would stay there again.

Great location! Staff was very friendly. Pretty good breakfast spread. We had a junior suite Room 607 which was spacious. The water pressure for the shower and tub was great and lots of hot water too. A few notes on the downside. We asked for an extra blanket for the room and they didn’t have one and said they would bring one up when they found one. But never did. We stayed two night and they did make the bed between nights which was great! Howe er they did not resolves with any new towels. And a small note is the plug in the shower was a bit worn so it took some doing to get it to work k so my wife could take a bath.

Hu Hotel in Memphis is a fantastic place to stay, especially if you want comfort and convenience right in the heart of the city. The location is perfect and close to everything you’d want to see and do, making it easy to explore without going far. One of the biggest perks is the easy access to the parking garage, which takes away any hassle when coming and going. The staff is what makes this hotel worth the stay! Started my check in with Ebony. She always greeted me with a smile and heartwarming welcome, even tho I must of come in and out a handful of times. Later to check out with Annie. She has been in hospitality for years and man is her craft top tier. You want a hotel that’s close to everything walking distance and great staff, book here !
