While the outside is still undergoing renovations, the rooms are a whole different story—modern, clean, and surprisingly upscale. I stayed here during my trip from California to Arkansas and was genuinely impressed. It was a comfortable and pleasant stop along the way. Big shoutout to Henry for the excellent service—he really made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Positive: Cleanliness, staff presence, room renovations (A+), close to cheap gas stations, easy laundry & ice access. Enough space to use my food processor in the room to make snacks for hiking. Excellent value for cost! Negative: Walls are thin. Not as bad as some hotels, but can still hear neighbors.

We had stopped at the motel about an hour and a half early due to snow to see if we could get an early check in. We could, but only if we paid $20. We just decided to hang out for a while until 3pm. You could tell the rooms had been recently upgraded. Fresh paint, new wood look flooring, bathroom redone, and large TV (Which came in handy when part of our trip was snowed out), and bed was very comfortable. Tgere are plenty of outlets and USB ports. Heater was a little outdated but worked fine. Fridge and microwave was older too. Fridge was fine, but when I tried to use the microwave, it smelled as if it was burning. Shower was very nice and water was hot. There was not really an area to keep are things in the bathroom. Which was okay since it was just overnight. Breakfast was very limit

Hands down the most friendly front desk staff I’ve encountered in all of Flagstaff and Williams. The room was also very clean and I’m not sure how recently they updated and renovated the rooms but they look great. They have all the amenities you might look for in a hotel. The rooms are very quiet as well- couldn’t hear any of my neighbors beside or below us. Great price for what you get. Plus they offer a better breakfast than most places in town. 10/10 will come back to stay next time I have to stay in Flag.

It's a motel. I booked it because it was close to someone I was visiting. If you need a no-nonsense place to sleep without a lot of extra amenities, it's fine. Positives: - clean well-maintained room - comfortable once I got the heat on - strong hot shower. - Comfortable bed. - plug outlets on lamps next to bed Negatives: - the AC/heater was too high for me to reach. I had to stand on a chair to turn on the heat. I'm a pretty big (not tall) guy and I was worried about breaking the chair. See photo - Also there was nothing to wipe my feet on and I tracked mud into the room on the before I realized it. HJ may consider adding a doormat inside and/or outside during winter when there is snow and muddy slush outside. - I could not find a plug next to the table. I had to move the bureau
