Houston Stay

I reserved this property via a 3rd party booking site on 7/9/24 after Hurricane Beryl hit Houston. I needed a place for my family to stay after our neighborhood lost power. I specifically asked the booking agent to confirm that this place hadn't lost power or internet service, the agent put me on hold then told me that the property mgr had confirmed this. This place is someone's private townhome that's located in a bad part of town. Someone was obviously living there but wasn't home when we arrived, we could see trash and personal belongings when we went into the back yard and peaked into the windows. I called the booking company who then forwarded my call to the property owner. There wasn't anyway to access the townhome. I asked the owner if the townhome had the air conditioning because
