We stayed at this Marriott for easy access to our early morning flight. The lobby area and the M club are beautiful. My sister has status at Marriott and we really were not expecting much from an airport hotel. We were completely surprised at how clean everything was. More importantly, our experience with Bailee, at the front desk, who checked us in, was the highlight of our trip. She was personable, professional, funny, and just so welcoming. It was as if we had known her forever, and we felt so taken care of by her. She is absolutely a huge credit to Marriott and they knew exactly what they were doing by hiring her! The restaurant “Flight Burger” was delicious and cooked exactly to order. Don’t miss out on the wedge salad with blue cheese dressing! The room is a standard Marriott room
I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their kindness and professionalism. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the city. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
I spent several nights at the IAH Marriott and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently connected to all terminals via underground tram/subway, making transfers seamless. While the hotel itself is an older property, the room was comfortable with modern amenities. The staff were courteous and professional throughout my stay. The M Lounge on the lobby level offers daily breakfast from 0630-1030, evening canapes Sun-Thur from 1730-1930, and is accessible 24 hours for water/soft drinks/coffee/tea. Flights Restaurant is on site and offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner (items can be ordered through the Marriott Bonvoy app). Highly recommended!
Service has been great. Coming into the building, a gentleman helped me up the escalators with my luggage. Check in was easy. Service at the Flights restaurant was great (special shout-out to Hector and Rebecca for being so warm and helpful). Speaking of the restaurant, there is only one restaurant in the hotel. They have a buffet in the morning. For lunch, if you need something fast with protein to hold you over, I recommend the chicken and cheese quesadilla. For dinner, I enjoyed the smothered chicken (chicken in mushroom sauce with mashed potatoes and broccolini). I stayed in a king standard room in the north tower. It was very spacious and clean. The bed was a little firm, but still comfortable. There are only 40 channels, but you can log into YouTube or Netflix for additional stream
I felt compelled to do this review because we were really impressed with the staff. I don’t have the names of everyone, but from the front desk, to housekeeping, the M club, the restaurant the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. While I was sitting in the club, I could hear the kitchen staff, just pleasant with each other, having fun while doing a great job. I think hotel management is your best commended for creating a fun and happy place to work. I want to give extra props to Micheal, Patti, and Megan in FLIGHTS. all 3 went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. I would stay here again just for the uplifting experience of seeing so many people seeming to enjoy what they do. I’ve stayed at many many Marriott properties, some also have good teams, and I’ve seen som
