Hotel ZaZa Houston Museum District

Pretty hotel in a great location with a fantastic staff. We loved being able to walk to some of the finest museums in the country. Every employee we encountered was quick to offer assistance, even before we had to ask. Special shout out to the valet team, who made us feel like celebrities. The convenience of having a good restaurant on site, with generous hours, cannot be overstated. The wedding event, which is why we were there, was handled with class and efficiency. Well done all around.

Great location especially since we spent time at museums. Room was dirty. Cleaning supplies left in room when we first entered. Went to bathroom and clump of hair left on toilet seat. This property is nice but a bit over rated I believe.

Up there with some of the top hotels I’ve stayed at. In terms of a Michelin key hotel, this was my first experience and the hotel has deserved it. The staff, service, valet and car drivers, attention and eclectic, dark and funky style are unique and special overall. Enjoyed every bit of my stay. They went the extra mile knowing I had a minor injury before getting there. Each mornings butler pantry on every floor was a great touch for quick morning refreshments. All the little details are key to this hotel and they really did a great job. Will definitely come back. Restaurant and hotel area all beautifully well kept and serviced. Location also great - safe, walkable and has rice village not too far away.

From the initial valet experience to the professional checkout, our stay at Hotel Za Za Museum District was excellent! Ms. Mel and her staff were sure to attend to every detail to ensure our stay was the best. Everyone we encountered provided us service with a smile and were so helpful. Once they noted that we were there for a celebration, they helped to recommend local eateries, and their complimentary driving service took us to dinner and picked us up, which was so convenient and kind. Also, when we arrived back to our room, they had gifted us with special amenities to ensure that our evening was special. Not only is the service suburb, the hotel itself is beautiful! We visited around the holidays so they already had up their Christmas decor and were hosting several holiday events which

Very clean room, extremely comfortable bed and super hot shower. Lobby area large with very hospitable staff. I arrived a little early around 1PM and was afraid they might not let me check in but they had a clean room available so checked me in. Highly recommended hotel and very close to medical center, i think 15 minutes walk.
