Hotel Vista Sierra

We stay at the Hotel Vista Sierra in Auburn almost every weekend because of Ski Team for my kiddos, and honestly, Juliana at the front desk is the biggest reason we keep coming back! From the moment we walk in, she greets us with the warmest smile and makes us feel like family every single time.|My kids absolutely adore her—they've nicknamed her "Gramma Jules," and she lights up whenever she sees them. She even takes the time to teach them how to make the perfect hot chocolate! Such a great and surprising treat of a hotel! Juliana was fantastic and made multiple suggestions for us to enjoy our stay. Tommy drove us to dinner and Juliana checked in with us multiple times to ensure we had a great stay. The view cannot be beat and the room was clean and all staff were friendly. The added touches of fresh pressed juice and eucalyptus in our shower were fantastic, and there were multiple comfy seating areas. We thought this was a one-time stay and we all agreed that we will be back soon! Bonus, there is a great wall canyon walking trail super close. What an all inclusive stay!

Our stay at Springhill was very nice. The staff were all very kind and helpful, from the front desk to the housekeepers. Breakfast offered enough variety to satisfy most appetites, and the hot tub was an especially nice end to the long, busy days of meetings. The room was well appointed, clean, unusually quiet for a hotel, and very comfortable. If needing lodging in the area again, we will definitely look your way.

Two beds and a West Elm sofa convertible bed with an additional trundle pull out from the sofa. The sofa is in a room separated by a large desk that has a wall. Very clean and decor looks very new. The bathroom is quite spacious and there is a microwave and fridge. Bigger than many hotel rooms for about the same price. Even the closet is bigger than usual, able to fold out a large luggage inside. My family of four fit the place very comfortably.
