Hotel Veritas

This boutique hotel is a gem near Harvard Square. Affordable and with a great location (only a few minutes' walk from the only Starbucks in the area and to a neighborhood market), this is going to be a new regular for me. The room was spotlessly clean, and the service was outstanding. They have valet parking in their garage, which is a real plus. The T runs near the hotel, but it didn't disturb a good night's sleep in the comfy bed. The rooms are cozy yet comfortable, with everything you need, and the lobby features a welcoming fireplace and places to sit and chat.|Looking forward to visiting again soon!

This hotel is in the best, most convenient location to Harvard. Walking distance to everything! Free coffee and waters in the lobby are such a nice touch!

I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel shared areas and rooms are well-appointed, clean and modern. The location is central to all things Cambridge and Harvard, everything was a few minutes walk away. I want to especially thank Ryan (and the rest of the front desk staff) for being so accommodating and lovely during my stay! I will be coming back here for my next visit!

I am a Harvard alum who travels to Cambridge often for my work with an HBS professor. I have stayed at Hotel Veritas almost 15 times over the last 2.5 years. Every time I stay, Ryan is what makes the stay special. Ryan goes above and beyond in every part of his job from what I have observed in the last few years: service, customer relations, hotel management, guest experience, and helping/training other employees. The issue is that often when Ryan is not present, things do not run as smoothly. Yesterday, an employee briefly lost my bag, and didn't read the note Ryan made on the reservation that he had placed the bag in the room.
