The Kendall Hotel

Great stay. The atmosphere at the Kendall was welcoming and comfortable. Staff was always helpful with good suggestions for filling our day including dinner at Row 34, right next door. Beds and linens were lovely. Full breakfast was everything we needed to start the day and the lobby offered a comfortable option for breakfast, card playing or just sitting around. Highly recommend. Great location too, right next to MIT and subway stations.

We loved our stay! Our room was clean and comfortable, the daily breakfast buffet was delicious, and the location is hard to beat - right next to the Kendall/MIT T stop, MIT Museum is right next door, Ripple Cafe for coffee and hot chocolate, Area Four for pizza, Shy Bird for burgers... The MIT campus is fun to explore, and Harvard Square is just 2 stops away on the T. We have a great weekend staying at The Kendall Hotel and exploring Cambridge!

This is the third time we stayed at The Kendall in Cambridge. We find that the area is extremely convenient to both Boston and Somerville. The breakfast is free with stay and satisfying. The rooms are clean and the staff is very accommodating and pleasant. We used the free gym passes and were very happy with the gym. We will be back next Boston trip.

What a great find this hotel is! It was such a delight to be around handmade unique furniture, endless collections of badges, portraits of fire brigades, gorgeous textiles and everyone was friendly and helpful. The design and style of the lobby, halls and rooms are one of a kind and it makes you realize how soulless the new hotel trend of replacing colors with the neutral color palate is. || The linens are top notch Frette, the breakfast is fresh, hot and delicious, it's across the street from the subway, surrounded by some special chef owned restaurants. Area 4 Pizza has some of the best pizza we have ever had.||This is the kind of surprise one appreciates when traveling.
