Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Cambridge

We had a lovely stay at the Residence Inn in Boston. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. It was one of the few hotels in the city that offered two beds so that was a win for our traveling crew! While not necessarily in walking distance to the tourist sites we were able to easily catch a 10-15 minute uber to any attraction we desired whether Harvard, the Freedom Trail, or the North End. Complimentary breakfast was solid. Only downside was there was a $30/night destination fee but they did comp $20 of that at the hotel bar with food or drinks - better than most hotels!

Outstanding stay at the Residence Inn Cambridge. I was in town for an important business program and had a serious logistical issue before arriving. Doug at the front desk simply said, “Send it over — we’ll take care of it,” and it was handled perfectly. Later in the stay, Natalia delivered the same calm, flawless execution on another request. The rooms were excellent, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the people. Every interaction reflected world-class customer service. I’ll absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially for business travelers.

We stayed for 4 days and it was fantastic. The room is very spacious and made it so easy for our family of 5. The decor was modern and the room kitchen so convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had enough towels and blankets. The breakfast was very good with a large selection, very clean and well maintained. The staff there worked hard to make sure we were happy, even going out their way to get chocolate milk for my son when it wasn't something hey usually stocked. The staff in general smiled and said hello. I will try to stay at a Reaidence Inn every time from now on!

Excellent!!! Perfect!!! From the first minute in our room we felt comfortable: I have never been in a cleaner hotel including the bathroom, beds, and the kitchen. Not a speck out of place or dirty!! The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast was hearty, hot, and delicious. The wifi was great. The location is epic. The atmosphere is very family oriented and quiet. It was impeccably clean. An absolutely perfect home away from home. This place is a gem and it would be a mistake not to stay here. Can't speak of it highly enough! Way beyond expectations!

Outstanding stay at the Residence Inn Cambridge. I would like to give a special shoutout to Doug at the front desk — truly an exceptional human being. My parcel was mistakenly delivered to a different address, and I honestly thought it was gone for good. But Doug went above and beyond his duty — in the chilling cold night, he personally went out, tracked it down, and brought it back safely to the hotel for me. I was deeply touched by his kindness, dedication, and willingness to help without hesitation. This wasn’t just customer service — this was genuine care and humanity. Doug, thank you so much. You turned a stressful situation into a heartwarming experience. People like you make a place feel like home. 🙏 Highly grateful and highly recommended!
