Hotel St. Marie

Stayed here in late February and it was the perfect spot for getting around the French Quarter, while also being away from the crowds. We stayed in a courtyard facing room and didn't hear any noise throughout the night. Room was clean and comfy. It wasn't warm enough to use the pool but the courtyard was cute. The cafe had decent coffee and food. Hotel and cafe staff were super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Decent location. Rooms were clean, but found a roach in one. Staff was helpful, and it has a very good cafe downstairs, where we ate and had drinks more than once. We also left with all our belongings. Disappointments: No room service, no luggage racks in the rooms, no iron/steamer, and pretty noisy.

Positive: Location was great, parking was easy, hotel was roomy and not overcrowded. Loved our room and view but had a hiccup with the rain coming through the balcony doors. Staff was polite and helpful. Negative: When it rains it pours through the balcony door, and we had to use all out towels to get the water soaked up. Restaurant and coffee shop were horrible, very dirty and waiter was super rude. The bartender did step in and help us out with our request.

A great place. Atmospheric half a block from bourbon st. Kendra was amazing i spoke to her about early check-in she was very accommodating. She also recommended places and tours to visit when I asked. The rest of the staff was friendly and we had a great time. The room was beautiful and housekeeping did a great job. Very clean. I will definitely try and stay here again when I go back to visit.

On recommendation from a friend, we booked the room and were not disappointed. Very well appointed, clean and the staff was fantastic! We chatted with front desk staff every time we went in and out. They always had advice and tips. The beds were very comfortable and our room had a nice courtyard balcony. Out the front door and you are half a block from Bourbon St., right in the middle of the French Quarter, great location!! We will definitely stay here again.
