One of the most beautiful aspects of the hotel is the Native American art curated throughout the property. Walking through the halls and gathering spaces felt less like walking through a hotel and more like wandering through a quiet museum. This is my favorite hotel in all my travels this far. Hotel Santa Fe feels like walking into a haven of art, desert, and indigenous appreciation from the moment you check in. The whole place smells woodsmokey and cozy because of the wood stoves they use daily. The decor is warm, much of it handmade by indigenous artists. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The music is peaceful and ambient. We were lucky to come off season and the restaurant was empty for dinner- no wait, super friendly and helpful server (Josue). The food was great (get the fry bread obviously) and the prices were great. The hotel is a quick walk to downtown- we felt safe walking. Location is Fantastic! With Shuttle to Plaza! That Is Not All! I cannot express the Kindness of All of the Staff!! Angel, John, OMG, so many more! & our room was Very Clean, Very Quiet! 3 Nights of sweet bliss! This is a place with caring staff , I cannot wait to go back!! we were there for a family Thanksgiving near by & to stay here without having to travel miles back home, I will definitely do again!

A beautiful traditional hotel. Rooms are a bit dated but the decor and ambiance is nice. Location is not directly in the mix but a short drive or walk to shops and dining. Overall I like the hotel but will probably stay somewhere closer to town next time.

Great location near Railyard district if you don't mind a short walk to the plaza. I would return here gladly Pros: Comfortable bed, clean. Overall nice room, good layout with good-sized mini-fridge (Picuris Suite). I really liked the room. The HVAC (heat) was great - quiet and accurate, using a digital wall thermometer like a home (rather than a cheap, loud, difficult to control unit). The downstairs lounge and bar area is nice with a roaring fireplace. Good service, good drinks, fairly priced. Also, very good complementary coffee on each floor. Cons: No noise issues with other guests, but a maintenance worker did spend several minutes each morning parking a quite loud old pickup below our room and the windows don't have enough soundproofing to block that.
