Hotel Ruidoso

Clean Spacious Rooms, great location right off of Sudderth in the Heart of Ruidoso. This place has a great Vibe and professional Staff, Brandon is an excellent Host who goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience During your stay! I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Ruidoso. Prices are very reasonable too!

We stayed for a couple of days at the end of December 2025 and was very happy with our stay! Bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of selections (hot and cold). The location was great. We left an important item in our room and they were honest and called us and helped make arrangements to send it back to us!! Their honest and helpfulness they gave us, meant a lot!! Thank you very much!!!

Positive: Location is great Negative: Our toilet backed up (on it's own) so we had no bathroom facilities overnight. No one could come tend to it until after we checked out. We were only left with Decaf coffee pods. I texted staff who told me where I could go get some in another bldg.

This hotel was the worst decision I could have made They are scammers. The rooms round the $70-$150 USD per night (they are not worth more than that) and at the end of our stay they charged us around $230 USD per night… plus taxes and fees. So we ended up paying more than double what was fair… They tried to make 3 charges to my credit card, but only the first two were charged because my bank lifted an alert. When I asked at the lobby about those charges, the manager was not there, but on the phone he told me that they would refund me the second charge as soon as he came back from church ( so in about 2 hours) Little did we know that a son of God would be a scammer. We have stayed here 3 times in the past 3 months for when we go take a quick weekend ski trip. Every time we have been very pleased with the service, rooms, breakfast, cleanliness, everything! Great location- walkable to all the downtown shops and restaurants after a day on the mountain.
