Hotel Ruby | Spokane

We went to Spokane for a concert. The Ruby Hotel was very nice. Comfortable bed. Everything was clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking was tight so take a small vehicle if possible. Was nice to see it was gated after dark. The Safire lounge was great. The bartender was awesome. She got blasted at 4 pm by many people and she did awesome. Rosie’s restaurant was great. Clean and food was great! Would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely LOVED this hotel. As a female traveling alone I felt so safe here. Clean rooms and the staff (especially Delaney) were the absolute best!!!! So friendly and helpful. Lots of fun artsy things to see. You get a free breakfast at the restaurant next door each morning and the biscuits and gravy were the best I have ever had. Got it every morning of my stay. I will 100% be back to this lovely hotel.

This is a great hotel! It has the best location for taking the #7 bus to and from the airport, and it's super close to the downtown attractions like the performing arts center and the falls. The amenities are great like the breakfast at Rosie's and the front desk people are friendly. I was taken off guard by the $10 per night entertainment fee, so that's why I give it 4 stars instead of 5. I'd rather that cost be wrapped up in the booking cost up front.

Positive: The girl in my bed Negative: They charged me for entertainment that I didn't even get. I just searched outserves my own enterdamn it and then they held back my deposit for days and days and are rude about it never. Will I ever go back again? And who sticks somebody on the 3rd floor

This place is old and run down. Recent updates(?) Are cheaply done. Outside stairs and carpets are worn, torn and dirty. This place is one step above an "hourly" downtown motel! Even worse was their free breakfast the next day, which was at a dump next door with only 3 choices, one worse than the other! I recommend this place if your only option is sleeping on a bench in the bus depot!
