Hotel Royale

This place was absolutely horrible. There were stains and burn holes on the comforters and blankets. Holes in the walls, melted outlets, broken drawers coffee table was broke and they had to prepare the rooms and spray them with air freshener spray before we could go in. The front desk was guarded with bullet proof glass with an opening to talk and pay. The lobby had nothing but 3 broken air conditioners on the floor. We had these reservations through Expedia for a month. We were supposed to stay for a week, needless to say we didn't even stay 5 minutes. I would give this negative 10000.

Hotel is horrible and dirty. Front desk dont know nothing. He brought us to a room full of smoke and another one unsanitary. Bed blankets full of holes. Carpet not vaccuum. Pillowcases dirty. We didn't stay and he didn't want to refund us but they dont know who they playing with. Run from this one

BUYER BEWARE, Flew halfway across the country to be told that my reservation is invalid and all rooms are sold out. Was then told, “we overbook all our rooms so they become first come first serve”. Thank god I was able to find a last second hotel down the street, or else I would have been sleeping on the side of the highway in a rental car. This is unaceptable. I booked this room months ago. Think twicr about booking here, because you likely wont have a room available when you arrive.

Overall horrible experience. Room that was given had a bad weed smoke smell and once the concern was brought up, another room was given and the same smell in the air. Absolutely impossible to stay in room with a kid. Room condition was poor, floors were dirty, holes in cover on bed, dirt on walls, bathroom area didn’t look sanitized. This was the worse experience ever. After being there for 5 minutes I asked for a refund and they gave me a hard time. This was indeed the worse hotel I have ever walked into. I would not recommend anyone to enter this property.

This place was not as bad as i thought. It did have holes in blankets but it didnt have bed bugs or roaches. They need better detailed cleaners for the rooms. But overall ill stay again.
