Hotel Pensacola

Well the hotel was pretty good, however my deposit was kept because they said they found evidence of drug use in the room. Well that's weird. I have been sober for 317 days. I work for a non profit organization as a homeless outreach counselor. There was absolutely no issue until one of my homeless clients and his dog came by..the gentleman helped me with my stuff because my ride was late. And I watched his dog while he went to the store and bought dog food. The cleaning staff was outside and they were all staring at him and I could hear them laughing. I was not surprised that I didn't get my deposit back, no. But I will be happy to see the evidence that they have to keep my money..because my room was checked prior to me leaving ..Just like they do everyone..and I was told everything wa

Positive: This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I don't think I could have gotten a better place for the price, anywhere in Pensacola. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel and staff were excellent. Negative: ""

Pet friendly ! Neat, clean . Older property but well maintained. small amusement/water park and AMC movie theater next door. Friendly staff. 5 min from Cordova Mall . Easy access to Interstate 110 to beaches . Literally 15 min ride to Gulf Breeze/Pcola beach . Will stay here again. Saved money for excursions and shopping !

Bottom line up front: We will never stay here ever again. Even if they paid us. Unfortunately my husband got royally scammed on this place from an online booking company - be careful what you click! That being said, I tried to give it a chance. The first room we were assigned REEKED of weed and horrible fragrance spray to cover it up. I'm not a complainer but it was an instant headache and gag from me. My husband went downstairs and talked to the girl who gave him another room which was much less offensive but still grossly over-fragranced. That being said, if you have a sensitive nose this hotel is NOT FOR YOU. What iced the cake was going to the bathroom and discovering (after using the toilet that there is NO TOILET PAPER NOR HOLDER. Who builds a hotel and doesn't install toilet paper

Really nice place to stay or a day or more. Affordable, clean, easy access to restaurants, stores and interstate. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean. Had toiletries & clean towels. TV remote was filthy so I wouldn't use it.
