Hotel NoBo Cascade, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Positive: We live the pool and spa. Negative: Yes, I was charged $3.21 for a bottle of water because I didn't have a VIP membership. I could have walked to the convenience store across the street and bought s bottle for 99¢

As you walk in it looks very nice and remodeled. We were interested in staying here because of Hilton ownership. I like Hilton hotels. Anyways room was fine except the AC didn’t work. And there was a flickering light on one of the pictures you couldn’t turn off. Breakfast was really good. Make sure your AC works before you decide to go to sleep. I thought it was just being weird when we first entered. But no matter what buttons I pressed and even reset it at the plug in. Nothing happened. Just fyi.

We have stayed at Hotel NoBo many times and have always had a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean with very comfortable beds. As we usually stay in the fall, the fireplace makes our stay so warm and relaxing. We have been very fortunate to often have a room with a microwave and mini fridge which is always a nice surprise! We have enjoyed the pool and hot tub which are very nice, too! The continental breakfast is amazing and the best we’ve ever eaten. The breakfast manager, Shiela, does an excellent job of making sure everything is hot and very delicious. She always makes us feel so welcome! The entire staff have always been polite, helpful and friendly. A big “thank you” to Barbara, Jamie, Kim and Shiela for all their hard work! We look forward to seeing you

My wife and I scheduled a 2 day getaway in this wonderful hotel. We were treated like long lost family. Everyone including guests was so friendly. That alone is so refreshing. The room was magnificent! Spotless and well maintained. Modern with the Mountain charm. The fitness equipment is top notch, the pool and hot tub were inviting. Huge hot tub. I looked out the window in the morning to see a buck deer resting on the lawn near the gazebo. I must add the breakfast was great and different each morning. We will return.

Disappointing experience after many years of loyalty I booked a room with two beds two days before my stay, but upon check-in I was given a room with only one bed It was quite an unpleasant surprise. When I asked at the front desk, the receptionist said all rooms were full and that, because I booked through a third party, my room type was “not guaranteed.” Later, however, she suddenly said that two rooms had become available, which made the situation feel confusing and disappointing. We have been choosing this hotel for more than 10 years, always appreciating its comfort and reliability. Unfortunately, this experience has really changed our impression. I hope the management pays attention to booking transparency and communication with guests — so that loyal visitors don’t face similar i
