Positive: Dove products Negative: Requested for a non-smoking room but room smelled heavily of smoke. Shower was too complicated to turn on. No cold water on the shower at all! literally just hot water🤦🏻‍♀️

I have edited my review because I received my deposit. I appreciate that someone was understanding my situation. ……..It’s been over 30 days and they refuse to refund my deposit! Stated that I was rude! They are keeping my deposit because I was rude? I was treated like a liar and thief. I was upset, very upset. They acted horribly towards me because of their error! They own this hotel and the Palms in Chula Vista …. Be sure to take pictures. The receptionist said she can’t release my deposit because she’s not sure if I damaged the room! That the receptionist that was accusing me of lying and refused to let me in my room I rented is related to the owners.

Housekeeping is the best Even tipped mine. I just wanted my bed made yet she cleaned up everywhere. Great Service! They need a raise, well at least the one whom handles the second floor to the back. Area is ok. Just don’t walk out too late. Staff was cordial. Management was. Great. Remote for $25 though … but I understand. Thank you for a nice stay.

I stayed here because it was affordable, near the airport, was supposed to have wifi, and a bath tub. The water was lukewarm warm at best. The bath tub didn’t hold water. The wifi was nonexistent. The owner was nice enough to let me use his personal hot spot to get a ride to the airport. Needless to say I was disappointed. But the room was clean and the staff was nice.
