The hotel is new, modern, and very clean. I really enjoyed my stay. Anita at the front desk is absolutely stellar. She’s welcoming, always smiling, and genuinely cares about the people she helps — which really shows. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced at any hotel, anywhere. From the moment I arrived, every single staff member went out of their way to make me feel welcome. You can tell that the people who work here genuinely care about their guests — it wasn’t just polite hospitality, it was sincere warmth and attentiveness in everything they did. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. My room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet — exactly what you want after a long day. I visit San Diego regularly to help take care of my ailing dad. Even though I can stay at my parent's house, I stay here instead. The hotel is great, the rooms are clean and spacious and the staff are wonderful! Mariela in the dining room makes the best omelets and she is so incredibly warm and caring in everything she does when she interacts with guests. She's a real treasure and I hope whenever you stay, you're lucky enough to get to see her.
