Hotel M Morgantown - WVU Area

My boyfriend and I have been living in the Hotel M for about four months. The staff are pleasant and the manager Seth has made it a safer and pleasant place to live. The staff are always pleasant and always helpful. They do everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as they can. When there is something wrong they 100% work to make it right. I would recommend this place to anyone and it is a wonderful place to stay. Our cat loves it here as well they are really nice about pets they have a lot of compassion about accommodating pets. We truly love staying here

Positive: Really nothing Negative: . The first thing was they said they could not find my reservation . They ended up giving me the room for the same price. The room was extremely dirty, disgusting. I went back and asked for a different room and same thing. Got a refund and did not stay.

My and my fiance love hotel m in Morgantown. Seth is a great manager he is very helpful and works with everyone that comes in we come up to work on weekends and he always makes sure we have a room even on game weekends when they are very busy me and my fiance would recommend this place to anyone. The staff is sweet and kind and very respectful and the rooms are always cleaned and the property is maintained very well. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful. You can get good night's rest without having to worry about loud noises or loud people.Seth helps anyway he can and so does the other staff they always make sure everything is taking care of for a very comfortable stay.

Some of the other reviews scared me a bit … do I risk it or pay $40 or $100 more for some place with better reviews??||Hey I took a chance and it was right as I was expecting. A bit older and a bit of wear and tear. But the room smelled clean, the sheets were clean, the mattress wasn’t poking me with springs.||I got in late and slept for 8 hours got up took a shower and saved $40. The shower worked well and the shower head was excellent I’ve stayed in more expensive places that have horrible shower heads.||As long as you know what you’re paying for it’s fine. If you’re a bit more picky go pay $50 or $100 more to stay somewhere newer.||Checking out the guy at the front desk, Seth, was nice and friendly.

Only visit if you have no other option. The management was very friendly and helpful but the rooms they showed us were an utter disaster. We walked in and it smelled like cigarettes as we also saw cigarettes burn on the comforter. We also saw stains on the sheets. The windows were held by duct tape. The floors were very dirty and the toilets barely flushed, but the showers did have good water pressure and temperature. Would advise buying comforters to put over the beds if you have to stay here. The location though is very nice, overall I would not stay here if you have other options. There’s a reason why it’s so cheap compared to the other hotels near it.
