Hotel Key Flushing

Couldn't stay there for more than three hours. Stayed on first floor room was small, walls are thin you can hear everything and I mean everything. For the three hours I was there all I heard was none stop moaning/explicit stuff. Sheets on bed were kinda messy. Bathroom looked already used so very dirty. Location is very ghetto. Price wasn't worth the stay either. Amenities like fridge, telephone and hair dryer don't work. Wouldn't recommend staying in this atmosphere. Only plus staff are some-what friendly.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Very noisy. It appears they were cleaning the hotel and dumping garbage at 1 am.

The worst hotel in the world. My husband and I booked two nights, and they gave us a room that didn’t have hot water. After complaining so much, they moved us to another room where there was only hot water in the sink. The heating didn’t work either, and on top of that, the sheets and pillows had a disgusting smell. We complained again and they moved us to yet another room. In that new room, the door wouldn’t close properly — it would stay open 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. You had to slam it hard for it to stay shut. Also, it’s supposed to be a smoke-free place, but the smell of marijuana in all the hallways was extremely annoying. Honestly, it was a disgusting place. It’s not worth paying a single dollar to stay somewhere like that. I forgot to mention that the girl at the front desk, every time

I stayed for three nights during New Year. The staff is good, but the room was not good. The refrigerator and hairdryer were not working, and even though I informed them, the issues were not fixed. The service was not good, as no one came to clean my room during my stay. The location in Flushing is convenient, with a subway line that goes directly to Manhattan, which was a positive point

A great experience in key hotel staff is very friendly and kind hearted too. Rooms are very clean and they provide good service. A man work at room name sahil, he very kind hearted and helpful guy.
