Positive: hotel Staff,,,,able/willing to help with all things under their control.. Negative: arrived and reserved room was unmade from prior guest......returned key to desk and staff "booked" me another room..all good

I saw the reviews so of course I was terrified of going. It's wayyy better than I thought. Nice rooms and the area is nice as well. Cheap but very nice for the price. I was surprised in a good way. Nice big bed. They could clean a bit better. Bus lines are near by with lots of restaurants. They have breakfast. Very quiet, which was awesome and surprising.

Positive: the front desk staff was awesome. Engaging, polite, informative. Fitness room & non hot food breakfast items available Negative: Hotel did not have any ice machines - ripped out or in not in working conditions. Hotel signage is confusing, directs you into spaces your're not allowed to be in, felt like Narnia trying to get to my room. Dirty room carpet, broken shower handle fixture

This hotel was nothing like the pictures advertised online. We specifically paid for a king-size bed to accommodate our family, but upon arrival we were told only queen beds were available, which was unacceptable. The room itself was in terrible condition—linens and pillows were dirty, with hair and stains all over the bed. It was absolutely disgusting. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no respect toward guests. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Positive: Had a lobby elevator . Negative: Bed bugs , moldy furniture , uncleaned bathroom , leftover used linens , no extra cot bed as stated available ,
