Hotel Glorieta

Naomi and Sasha were wonderful at the front desk. The hotel is charming and in a GREAT part of town. Fantastic continental breakfast. Pet friendly. We did our research. Other hotels were not in the best part of town... We highly recommend this one. Zero complaints. Pleasantly surprised.

I love this establishment. We spent 1 night there and had an extended check out because of a lock-down situation. The staff was exceedingly gracious and went above and beyond. Kudos to Shayna and Evelyn at the front desk and Linda and Ana in housekeeping.||My daughter was traveling with her 2 year old toddler and 80 year old grandmother. Shayna found room in the staff freezer for the cooler with frozen breast milk.||The breakfast was continental. I especially liked that the orange juice was not from concentrate and was plentiful. ||Overall, I thought the value was excellent and I thought it was quaint. The employees know how to do hospitality well. Kudos to the staff here. Also, the price was half the price of our second night stop at a Marriott and we had a more enjoyable experi

We stayed at Hotel Glorieta for a girls weekend and had such a great experience. I really love the new branding and refreshed direction the hotel is going in. It has a lively, welcoming vibe that made our stay feel really fun. The Lady Dove Lounge staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and warm, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and inviting. The food and drinks were great too, which made it such an easy place to sit, talk, and enjoy the night. We had a wonderful stay and I would definitely come back. Such a great spot for a girls trip.

Positive: The distance location from the santa fe plaza Negative: The room that we stay, was too dark. It needed more lighting and there was no fridge, also we booked three nights but we had to leave for a family emergency and ended up staying only for one night. Wanted to see if I could get refund for the other day

Our stay here was a little rough. This place has a lot of potential but feels like they’re trying to cut corners on things. Also doesn’t feel like they meet the expectations they advertise. They self describe themselves as a “leisure resort” but this is not a resort. For starters, there is a $25/night resort fee which does not feel justified. They state this covers the parking, WiFi, pool, water in rooms, and welcome beverage. We did not receive a welcome beverage. The pool, WiFi, and parking are generally included in the price of the room at most hotels. Upon arrival, our toilet would not flush properly as if it were clogged from before. I let the front desk know and they sent a maintenance person who plunged and flushed repeatedly for like 15 mins before declaring its just a little slow
