Embassy Suites by Hilton San Antonio Landmark

I have been staying here regularly for almost 5 years. This place is my home away from home! Marcus is delightful and always willing to help as well as many of his team members. John at the bar is friendly and handles their happy hour rush with ease! Breakfast is delicious every time! The rooms are always clean which is the most important thing to me when booking my lodging. I also love the daily housekeeping, a lot of hotels no longer provide this service. The location is great! Great restaurants and entertainment nearby and easy access to major highways! My only negative feedback is the size of the gym but it doesn't keep me out!

Only issue , toilet moves everywhere and also I think they don't have an inspector of cleenless , out of elevators morning since 9 am to 11 a wing chicken out side of elevator fifth floor , last thing they charge for car parking , no high price but they don't tell you when you make reservation is just 10.80 around that per day

This Embassy Suites Hotel was by far the best E.S. that I’ve ever stayed in; and I’ve stayed in many across the country! They covered all of the bases! The facility was immaculate. There was an outdoor heated pool that my children enjoyed, even in December, and the Breakfast and happy hour service was a well oiled coordinated work of machinery! Catering staff catered to our every need. Empty food plates were removed immediately, the food was hot and delicious and the variety and quality of food was exceptional!||This hotel was a 10 out of 10! I will definitely stay here again!! Plus it’s surrounded by numerous popular spots for fun and entertainment!! Check it out!!

I left my nice jacket at this hotel and tried calling the customer service, but I kept being transferred to the housekeeping manager who would not pick up the phone. Finally after the 4th call, I explained my situation to the guest service agent Madison Rhea who then went out of her way to reach out to housekeeping herself and have them look for my jacket. Thankfully they found it, and she helped me with the return process. Madison was very kind and professional and went above and beyond to help me out. I enjoyed my stay overall, and her service made it even better.

We stayed here for 4 days for our wedding. Most of the bridal party also stayed here. The breakfast is great. The bar was awesome. The complementary drinks from 5-7 were perfect for us when we were coming back from wedding events. Or waiting to head out to things. They had the whole place decorated for Christmas. Elevators were fast! Definitely a plus in larger hotels. Our king suite was beautiful. Minor issues were the bed squeaking like crazy any time we moved. The tvs are hard to use. The clocks and the TVs all had the incorrect time displayed. The rug in the living room was all bent and a major tripping hazard. And the ac/heater wasn’t great. It was either too hot or too cold. And our biggest complaint that nothing will be done about but I feel the need to mention was having to play
