HOTEL DEL SOL

Rooms aren't so clean. There roaches and bedbugs. Front desk had attitude about asking for help with key. Usually no one was in the front desk, I had call so someone would show up to the reception. The days I stay no one cleaned the room. In the front lobby there were always homeless people drunk or high sleeping in the sofas. I went to work, so I need something cheap to just shower. It is cheap.

Positive: "" Negative: This hotel was very trashy. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. We waited for over an hour and while we were waiting we looked and found a can that had been used to smoke weed in sitting on the lobby table.

The room was very dirty. It had roaches it didn’t come with any tissue didn’t have any towels to take a bath with or to wash your face and you have mold in the ceiling. The picture that they show on the Internet was not the same as when I got inside the room  in the bed, only came with one pillow. the toilet, overflowed water when you flushes it  everything speaks for itself in the pictures. I was very pissed and I would like my money back. I paid $82.11. I want every penny back. 

DO NOT STAY HERE, a man pulled a knife on me as soon as I was about to get out of my vehicle, I told the manager I didn’t feel safe and he will not cancel the room. DO NOT STAY HERE, it is not safe

This is drug and homeless area of Pensacola. Online shows nice photos but in person it is not! Left they have for online bookings and the back is for local and walking or long term stays. Not safe! Not a place for children or women alone!
