When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that the key card system was not working. Unfortunately, this issue lasted our entire stay, and we had to rely on hotel staff every time we needed access to our room. We were also not informed ahead of time that there was construction next door. We were woken up at 6:00 a.m. by loud construction noise, which continued until we decided to check out early. The staff did try to be helpful and offered free snacks, but the ongoing key card issue and constant noise made the stay very inconvenient. I will say the rooms are nice, but they are quite small—especially if you’re staying more than one night or traveling with more than one person.

Positive: Location to the united center Negative: I was never told while booking that I’d have to pay for parking, I almost had my car towed because it was unclear. Our room had quite a bit of dust by the microwave and there was no remote. Outside was noisy when we were trying to sleep.

I read a lot of negative things about this place, does it deserve those? I don't think so. This place is a very very average hotel that's disguised as a fancy one. The rooms are kinda old and scuffed up, but still redone nice enough to make them look upscale. The check in area is a little dirty, but still looks nice. The bed is comfortable, but the AC can make it a little damp. The staff isn't mean, but they aren't super friendly. They get the job done and are nice enough. The grab and go breakfast is pretty awful, but free Belvita cookies and oatmeal aren't the worst things in the world. We had some plumbing issues, but they were fixed fairly quickly. The worst thing is probably parking. They said they had parking at the hotel but it seems to be always sold out right away. It is pretty e

Rooms are small, but I expected that. Rooms run quite warm though! Adjusted the thermostat but it stayed warm the whole night. Very convenient location for going to a game at the united center. Parking lot is small and would fill very fast on a busy night

We stayed at this hotel because some of our family had booked this spot. I thought I had booked a room with 2 beds, but was told I did not. The room was small as was the bed, and that would have been okay if it wasn't dirty. At first glance, it was fine, but the baseboards really needed a cleaning as did the outside of our shower. When we turned on the ceiling fan, I sneezed about 15 times. The worst part was the smell. I am not sure if Marijauna is legal in Illinois, but the smell permeated throughout the hotel. Our room was across from one of the areas where the cleaning staff refilled their carts. The smell really was strongest around there. The front desk staff were lovely though and very helpful. I am not sure I would book a stay again.
