Check in on the super website said 3pm and the hotel said 4. So poor communication between their booking and management. Rooms were clean first glance, but there was hairs and stuff in the bathroom sink and shower. Like it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly between guests. You hear everything. Walls are paper thin. People were loud all night. Doors slam really loud from the rooms. Heard some juicy drama from the room across the hall. Well, confessions of a drunken night. Was semi entertaining. If you’re a light sleeper like me, you won’t get much sleep. But what really got me was they made me pay for parking as a guest. But two drunk women come in with a random guy at 1 am and he asks security does he need to worry about parking and he waves him on. Will never stay here again.
I stayed here last week and it definitely cracked my bottom 5 hotel experiences. First off they didn't have someone at the check-in counter to speak with customers. The manager had to get that employee from the lobby where she was looking at her phone after I had waited about 10 minutes for any form of service. Then they kept saying I didn't have a reservation even though I had a confirmation email and a receipt showing that they had already taken the money for my stay. A manager got involved and kept saying that I had made my reservation through an unreliable third party system (nevermind the fact that this is a company wide service we use and that it's worked for every other hotel I've stayed in for the last 3 years). They got on the phone with some systems manager who said I did have a
Positive: "" Negative: Rate for parking was wrong. When checking in I told them I prepaid and they still charged me for a room. Stressful trying to get them to remove charge
It’s a decent hotel to stay in, but it was too far from establishments so we weren’t able to enjoy most of Washington fully. The breakfast was definitely not okay after your 3rd night. It was the exact same food for a week. Some would like it, but certainly did not.
As someone said, people are loud. Next door, it sounded like a party was going on. When I asked about a quiet room upon check in, the staff said third party companies assign rooms in advance and wasn't helpful. Won't stay here ever again. The Fairfield Inn next door is a better option.
