So Ruhal the manager, is so welcoming. He is so sweet. When you stay there they give you two free drink credits for the bar that’s in the hotel. Very nice place and accommodating. They will help you with bags out the uber so you don’t have to lift a finger. Loved the room and manager there is the main guy who takes care of all your needs directly!!! Highly recommend this place ❤️

When I arrived, there was an issue with my third-party booking that hadn’t reserved my room correctly, but Brailyn at the front desk completely saved the day. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to fix the issue, making the entire experience stress-free. He is a beautiful person and truly a wonderful representation of the hotel’s hospitality. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a great bed, a beautiful glass shower, and a private bathroom. I also loved the lobby and overall vibe of the hotel. The location is incredibly convenient - right between two subway stops and very easy to get around Brooklyn and NYC. I stayed on

⸻ My stay at the hotel was generally good. The facilities are nice and, aside from a few details, everything worked properly. The main area that I think could be improved is cleanliness. In the room, it felt like only the central area was cleaned and not thoroughly, and in the bathroom it seemed as if it was just rinsed rather than deeply cleaned. Aside from that, the customer service was very positive. I would like to especially highlight Ruhul, who is extremely attentive and always looks for the best possible solutions to any issues, providing excellent and respectful service. I would also like to mention Lennor, who is very kind, helpful, and attentive. From the moment you enter the hotel, if he is on duty, he always welcomes you with a smile and makes you feel at home. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms and all common areas were very clean, which made a great first impression. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful 24 hours a day. A special thanks to Rafiq and the manager Rahul, who were always welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel is very conveniently located close to the train station, which offers excellent connections and makes getting around very easy. Another highlight is the chill lounge area with a bar and coffee/tea in the morning, as well as an outdoor smoking area, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, the hotel has a very comfortable and safe atmosphere. I felt very well taken care of and would definitely recommend this place.

Great place if you’re not spending a lot of time at the hotel. Front staff is pleasant but inconsistent and you are on top of a club. We stayed on the 8th floor and didn’t hear any noise bur be aware
