Horizon Inn & Suites

Positive: Nothing. It was so bad I couldn't even stay there. I checked out after I saw the rooms. Negative: Everything. It was a crackhouse. I smelled drugs everywhere. The parking area was dark. I would never leave my vehicle over night at that hotel. The rooms were dirty. The HVAC unit did not work. The ceiling in the room was peeling off.

This place is not safe. I was so glad to get my daughter out of there. Every time we turned around there was 5-6 cops doing drug busts. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Location was good. Lots of yelling and cops being called all the time. Will never return here. The rooms were horrible. Sticky floors. The towels they give you were discussing floor was sticky. They will refuse to return your deposit. Staff was utterly disgusting and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place. Beds uncomfortable. Black mold growing all over the shower walls. Not peaceful at all. Very loud all the time. All they care about is stealing your money.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! In all my years of traveling and hotel stays I have never in my life seen a hotel this bad I don't even understand how they are even allowed to be rented especially through and booking apps I wouldn't even say it's a hotel more like community housing and a trap house these are photos of the room the room they put us in the bed was broken the ceiling falling in there was mold all over the wall and curtains the lamp was broke and no shade on it the ac was taped to the ground and had to be wiggled to make the air turn on the bathrooms are unimaginable I was so flabbergasted from the room I forgot to take photos of the bathroom we had already paid in advance for a week I reached out to hotels to let them know and they tried several times to reach the regarding a refund

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was absolutely disgusting and had bed bugs, which is a serious health and sanitation issue. We felt unsafe and had to leave immediately. The front desk promised a refund, but after that, we were completely ignored. Calls were never returned, and no refund was processed. I ended up losing $1,390.60, which is incredibly upsetting. This place shows no accountability or concern for guests’ health or money. I would never recommend staying here.
