Residence Inn by Marriott Anderson Clemson

I recently stayed at this Marriott property, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. While preparing to head to sleep, I discovered that the pull-out couch and the comforter set provided had visible urine stains and a strong stench of urine. This was both unsanitary and unacceptable. I immediately reported the issue to staff and directed to speak with the manager, Erika, when she arrived the next day. Rather than showing concern or working to properly rectify the situation, Erika did very little to resolve the matter in a way that reflected Marriott’s usual standards of hospitality. I’ve stayed at many hotels in my travels this by far is a great place to stay. Clean, peaceful great staff- special shout out to John who makes breakfast so pleasant! We will be back! Great poo and workout too!

I had a great stay here. Mandy checked me in and she was fantastic. She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping guests feel at home. The room was clean, quiet, and exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. Breakfast was good too! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This was my first experience at this hotel. I can't recommend it enough. The rooms are very well maintained and modern. It has a very please and relaxing atmosphere. Not only was the room clean and nice but they provide all essential items needed to prepare a meal in the room. Overall I am deeply satisfied with my experience so far and I highly recommend it if you need a good place to stay. The amount per night may be higher then the average but it is well worth the cost. Also the location is safe compared to most hotels in Anderson. It is convenient that to be surrounded by restaurants and as well s bear by movie theater. Stronger recommend to anyone traveling or needing a get a way for a few days.

This place is perfect! Clean rooms and facilities, comfortable beds, and superb customer service. The rooms have everything you need for a short or longer stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
