Hilton Garden Inn Anderson

I wish I could give this hotel a better review. Our check in experience was okay. The lady working the front desk charged the same room twice for the $100 deposit. When we got to the third room check in she asked for another payment for deposit after 3 payments already being processed. She tried to tell us she still needed the payment. I told her to please go back and check the past two room check ins to see what cards were charged so we knew who still needed to pay. She did and realized one room was double charged and got that fix. So thank you. Our rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, however the hot water definitely needs to be looked at, not hot at all. We had breakfast downstairs Friday morning which was fresh and tasted great, however your server needs better customer serv

I was tired after a whole day driving. The location was great. No noise. Right down the road two good restaurants. The staff was kind and attentive.

Great stay. Good clean room, hall and lobby. Staff was great. I've been very critical of Hampton Inns lately as some of my stays left a lot to be desired.||But I'm happy to report this is a GOOD Hampton Inn. Like they are supposed to be!||Recommend to all when staying in Anderson SC.

He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Lee’s positive attitude and attention to detail truly stood out. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about making guests feel welcome, and he absolutely exceeded our expectations. We had a stay scheduled and confirmed for Dec 25 and it was supposed to have been a nice stay with no issues. That morning I checked in through the Hilton app and it stated that they were preparing the room. I had also checked my account to confirm that the money for the stay had indeed been taken out. About an hour after I start getting texts that the hotel was making multiple repeated charges to my card. So all day before I leave I tried to call the hotel....no answer on any line. So I call Hilton corporate and they try multiple times on all lines....no answer. I go back through the Hilton app and send a text through an option they have for that specific stay and I get a text back at 430pm stating "We are so glad you had text us otherwise we wouldn't have known we had a complete phone ou
