WoodSpring Suites Anderson North I-85

My family and I had to stay here while we were having home renovations. The guests above us were loud the entire time! Day and night. My children had school as I had work and had a really hard time sleeping. Hotel staff was notified multiple times with no resolution. We were told they would move our room the next morning and received no follow up. They gave me a hard time receiving fresh towels. I had to start buying my own toilet tissue by the second day. Then to add injury to insult: on the last day we were cleaning the room and packing making sure to leave to room as spotless as possible. We had a little music playing while we were cleaning and staff had the audacity to tell us we were too loud in the daytime because they had guests that worked at night and needed to sleep through the d

The manager Shelia was so rude. The way she spoke to me and not only me was not professional whatsoever. My sheets were visibly dirt upon check in tub was also full of what looked like public hair. Had paid prior to my arrival to only have to pay more once I arrived on the property. I didn’t have an animal if I had I could see being charged once I arrived. I had to leave couple days early but they dont refund at all here. I will not return to this location if that nasty trashy woman is the manager. I could have brought this location a lot of revenue but will be sure to pass a long how I was treated to my business colleagues.

I stayed at this location with my wife as our home was been renovated. The fist impression was great, due to it being a new motel. Then once I got to the room you realize their cleaning standards are not up to par as well as their customer service. I was there for weeks and the ENTIRE time I was there I was discriminationed against, why, IDK, I never did anything to anyone there. I was threatened, my name was slandered, and accused of being a drug user, a prostitute and a thief. The rooms are not clean, there are bugs in the bed, in the cervices, anywhere and everywhere. I had to buy a vacuum because no one ever knocked on my door after being there over 2 months. The GM, Sheila, don't get me started! She was upset bc I didn't write a review in the proper platform for her. She lied to me,

front desk lady was beyond nice when we first got there , after leaving to get food we came back and front desk was closed so if you plan on needing anything in the middle of the night, don’t bother staying here. When checking out at 11 came , we were gathering our stuff it was now 11:10 , housekeeping knocked on the door and asked if we were staying again, i kindly told her i was getting all of my belongings and i will be out in less than 5 minutes. She then proceeded to get management and management busted in the room and told us we needed to leave as we were grabbing our things and leaving , i was putting my shoes on and grabbing my bag when the front desk manager told “ come on lil girl”. I’ve worked in hotels as housekeeping and not once have i ever heard any employees or myself ever

My boyfriend had an extended stay at this hotel and they only cleaned once. They also do not provide toilet paper when asked as stated on the picture above. And it seems like if you want your bed done you need to pay. So heads up bring your own toilet paper,your own dishes, your clean sheets or plan on washing them at hotel. Also there are roaches..
