I don't understand why people write negative reviews. Hotel is great. We are here for couple of nights. Came in Philly a bit early, a girl at front desk was pleasent and at 2pm we were already in the room. Room is big, clean. Inside is kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, big fridge, utensils. Location is perfect. Nearby restaurants, Cafe, public transportation. Poop is heated, jacuzzi is huge. Gym. Breakfast, no complaints as well. Omelet, potatoes, fruits, waffles, yogurt, juice, muffins, cereals, milk, coffee. From 6.30 till 9.30 at the weekdays and from 7- 10 during weekend. We came around 8-9, and it still was full of food, even though so many ppl. Also complimentary we received 2 bottles of water and cookies at the check in. So we are happy of our staying at the hotel. P

I had reserved a room for Saturday, August 23, and PER CANCELLATION POLICY ended up cancelling my reservation because I had to go to work instead of taking a weekend with my husband. ||I AM STILL FIGHTING FOR MY MONEY BACK. You are supposed to have the ability to cancel with a full refund up to 24 hours before check in. This is not the truth. DO NOT book with Hilton. I have since deleted my rewards account. I will stick with Wyndham. NEVER had an issue with any Wyndham property.

The worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had - when I was working in my room and the housekeeping staff entered to clean. A lady then yelled and informed me that I wasn’t allowed to stay in the room during the cleaning and that, according to their “rules,” I had to stand in the hallway until they were done—for the safety of the housekeepers. This felt quite inconvenient and uncomfortable, especially since there had been no prior communication about such a policy.I will never stay here again and do not recommend this place to anyone—unless you're looking for an unpleasant experience.

Family of 5 traveling from out of state to enjoy the pool and hot tub for our 5 day winter vacation. Although I called to confirm there'd be no issue with those amenities, the hot tub closed early the day of arrival (monday) and has no plans on reopening during out stay, as per front desk staff. I as well as my children are completely disappointed. Those particular amenities were the main. Reason to book here. Additionally, the breakfast options, such as waffles were not available, although the machines were on the counter amd available the first morning (Tuesday) of our stay, I was informed by a young gentleman working in the breakfast area, that management advised that is o ly for the weekends. Like, I didn't pay.my many like everyone else, yet none of the amenities we.came for were offe

Stayed one night 3/2/26, rooms were clean, service was adequate but aside from valet did not use much, you have to go to the lobby for ice, refrigerator produces 2 ice cubes per hour. Major complaint was no heat in our room, vents blew cold air and the common areas were cold too.Staff at breakfast kept breakfast items full but quality of offerings were sub par, stale bagels, pastry and fake eggs. For the 280.00 which included parking, I expected more. I guess city hotels got it made.
